ECDD and Grace Consultants Sign Agreement to Develop Five-Year Strategic Plan for EBDN Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – June 2026 The Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (ECDD) has officially signed an agreement with Grace Consultants to develop a comprehensive five-year Strategic Plan (2026–2030) for the Ethiopian Business and Disability Network (EBDN). The agreement was signed by Dr. Getahun Semon, Executive Director of ECDD, and representatives of Grace Consultants during a formal ceremony in Addis Ababa.Head office The new strategic plan aims to: Strengthen EBDN’s institutional sustainability and service delivery. Enhance partnerships with government, private sector, and organizations of persons with disabilities. Advance disability-inclusive employment and workplace diversity across Ethiopia. Establish a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to track progress. EBDN, established in 2015 with support from the International Labour Organization (ILO), The upcoming strategic plan will provide a clear roadmap to expand its impact and ensure long-term sustainability.
